A. All items must be inflated for 12 hours before packing
B.Using pressure gauge to test the pressure after inflating,test
again after 12 hours,the different must be
within 15%
C.Make reinforcement at the corners where are easy to leak.
D.Make reinforcement at welding seams
2. Parts peeling off control
We use big power high frequency welding machine and molds to weld
the parts on the products intead of
hand glue
3．Parts missing control
We can ensure the position and quantity of parts are accurate via

A. Designer locate all the parts on the drawing
B.Auto cutting machine mark all the position of the parts
C. Operator weld the parts on products according to the mark
4. Inside structure exploding control
A. For baffle structure, we make reinforcement at both ends of the
baffles where the biggest pressure are
B. For rope structure, we weld the patch on instead of glue, we use
the nylon ropes instead of PP ropes.
C.We install air relief valve so that the air can release when the
